1. Job description
At the company, their primary objective is to create high-quality, comprehensive lists featuring the top real estate agents, contractors, movers, and other professionals across the nation.
As a Sales Development Representative you will:
– As a representative of their organisation, you will be responsible for making phone calls to the individuals listed on their platform.
– Your role will involve building rapport, verifying information, and ultimately obtaining their endorsement for our pages.
– Have phone sales calls.
– Use a CRM software for lead management and sales tracking to track leads.
– Use an autodialer with precise settings and specifications for proper data tracking
– You will be in charge of following up and keeping track of your leads.
2. Requirements
– Have a minimum 1 year prior phone sales experience calling for a USA based company
– Highly proficient english with “native-like” accent equivalent to a TOFEL score of at least 95 or above total, with a 27 or above speaking score
– Have Experience using CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
– Be able to track record of meticulous record keeping when tracking leads.
– Have experience or ability to learn using an autodialer with precise settings and specifications for proper data tracking
– Have high cognitive ability, finalist will be sent a CCAT test as part of the process
Nice-to-haves:
– Have great problem-solving skills: Are capable of improvising in english on the phone to addressing client concerns.
– Are comfortable partnering with our remote email and text based sales team.
– Have the ability to adapt to changes in product offerings and sales strategies.
3. Benefits
Annual salary: $12,000 to $24,000 USD + bonuses
