1. Job description
– managing the CEO’s calendar
– scheduling meetings,
– arranging travel plans,
– answering phone calls and emails,
– organizing and filing documents,
– communicating with other staff members on behalf of the executives.
2. Requirements
– Mandarin skills are required
– need to be based in Manila
– previous working experience as an executive assistant or Airline stewardess with a good sense of assisting others
