1. Job description
We invite high caliber candidate to fill in the following position based in Hong Kong who will mainly focus on the IT services support and part of the networking maintenance of APAC.
Report to: Head of IT, APAC
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversight and technical assistant to regional head office and branch staffs related to IT issues.
- Ensure proper maintenance of computers peripherals, printer, networking, internet & e-mail, security, data backup and recovery.
- Assist to install software, network, internet, email, printer and update antivirus for all head office and branches.
- Follow up, maintenance support IT system within APAC.
- Train and guide user on using new software, PC maintenance and troubleshoot.
2. Requirements
- Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields with 2 years related experience is an advantage.
- Good skills in workplace/client-side installation and maintenance of network, and computer related equipment.
- Fundamental knowledge of Telecommunication Connectivity, Window Server, SQL database, Linux and MS Azure Cloud compute.
- Willing to travel to China and overseas sites by inquiry.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Business travel is required, when available.

3. Benefits
Annual salary: HK$360,000 – HK$420,000
